When first created, the Bosco LVAD Vest was for my husband who had a HeartMate II LVAD device. Since that time, we have modified our Vests to be compatible with the HeartMate II and III "Pocket Controller" and HeartWare LVAD devices.

When placing your order, you will need to know which model device you have so that we may send you the correct vest.

We have included some photos below of the devices to assist you with identifying which model you have.

Once you've identified the type of device you have, be sure to select the correct one on the order form.
